Revert "ci: Reinstall gdk-pixbuf2 package"

The mutter image no longer rebuilds gdk-pixbuf2 without
the glycin loader, so SVG support works again without
reinstalling the package.

This reverts commit 950e6c5c027342d2749488a63aeaf8fcfc20b4ed.
